Mexico – Mexico City legalized same-sex marriage in December 2009. While marriage is still limited to specific jurisdictions in Mexico, states Quintana Roo and Coahuila have joined in the fight for equality.
Slovenia – On March 3, 2015, Parliament approved a bill for same-sex couples to marry. The bill is just waiting for the President to sign. The bill also allows same-sex couples to adopt children throughout the country.
